A place in the badlands of North Dakota where the buffalo still roam free on the range... a place where a young Theodore Roosevelt came to live the "strenuous life" and grow into a President, who is known for his love of not only life but of nature and conservation... this park is home to the bison and his friends the prairie dogs, antelope, elk, white-tailed and mule deer, wild horses, and mountain lions. This park serves as a natural sanctuary linking humanity to all things of past and present.
